The IP Department cooperates and collaborates with IP related Ministries and International Organizations holding Trainings, Workshops, Awareness Seminars on Geographical Indication and survey Projects on Potential Geographical Indication Products for establishing the GI Protection System in Myanmar.

   The IP Department cooperates and collaborates with IP related Ministries such as Ministry of Agriculture, livestock and irrigation, Ministry of Commerce, and the local Associations which produce the potential GI products, organizing awareness seminars on Geographical Indication for sharing knowledge, Trainings, Workshops, Projects and Survey on potential products like Geographical Indications for promulgation the GI protection system in Myanmar.

   The IP Department cooperates and collaborates with the French Ministry of Agriculture, French Development Agency (AFD), Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and Korea Institute Of Public Administration (KIPA), ARISE+ IPR project (EUIPO), United Nations Conference On Trade And Development (UNCTAD) organizing awareness Seminars on Geographical Indication for sharing knowledge, Trainings, Workshops, Projects and survey on potential products like Geographical Indications in Myanmar.
